Mechanic A&P or A&P/IA
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
The FAA licensed A & P Mechanic performs scheduled maintenance, makes repairs, and completes inspections required by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and the aircraft OEM approved maintenance procedures and processes.
Essential Functions:
Complete aircraft and engine maintenance as required and include the following: Phase checks and inspections. Employees need to follow established and normal aviation and maintenance safety procedures and processes. Maintain complete and accurate maintenance records. Conducts scheduled inspections and completes follow-up as required. Participation in after hours on-call rotation is required.
Skills and Abilities:
FAA A&P or A&P / IA License.
Knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements and customer specifications.
Piston, engines; single and twin.
PT6, King Air and Citation experience a plus.
Sheet metal and composite repair experience a plus.
Completes tasks within allotted time frame.
Ensures that work accomplished meets applicable regulatory requirements and customer specifications.
Checks all work and ensures a defective free assembly prior to final inspection.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently and problem solve with minimal supervision.
Highly organized and detail oriented.
Accountable, trustworthy, and dependable.
Comfortable working as part of a team for the benefit of the entire group
Able to interpret wiring diagrams and electrical schematics
Must possess basic tools.
Candidates must be able to pass a background check. And will be subject to DOT, pre-hire, random, reasonable suspicion and post-accident drug/alcohol testing.
Basic computer skills (outlook, word, excel); ability to read schematics and technical manuals, complete required reports.
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or GED required. (preferred)
Two (2) years of accredited schooling or two (2) years related work experience required, or an A&P or A&P/IA Certified from an accredited school and (1) year of related work experience.
Knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements and customer specifications.

Avionics Technician
Avionics Technician Position Available:
Under minimal supervision, assists in the removal/installation of avionics electrical components, fabrication of wire harnesses, installations, terminations, ring-out, and functional tests of avionics/electrical systems. Perform Biannual altimeter and transponder inspections per CFR 14-91.411 and 91.413. Basic troubleshooting of aircraft communication, navigation and indication systems.

Assists in installations, modifications, and the fabrication of wiring and electrical components, fixtures, and associated equipment in accordance with blueprints, worksheets, engineering drawings.
Maintains required logs and records.
Completes tasks within allotted time frame.
Ensures that work accomplished meets applicable regulatory requirements and customer specifications.
Checks all work and ensures a defective free assembly prior to final inspection.
Complies with the company FOD program, tool control program and all safety regulations.
Maintains a neat and orderly work area.
Additional Functions:
Properly care for and maintain shop equipment and tools as assigned by Supervisor.
Participates in continuous improvement activities (e.g. manufactures dealership training requirement, etc.)
Performs other duties as assigned.
Preferred Education and Experience (training provided):
High School Diploma or GED required.
Two (2) years of accredited schooling in aviation electronics or two (2) years related work experience required, or an avionics certificate from an accredited school and (1) year of related work experience.
Knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements and customer specifications.
Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints and schematic diagrams.
Preferred Skills and Abilities:
Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision
Willingness to learn New Airframes, Cabin Management/Entertainment Systems and Avionics systems.
Highly organized and detail oriented.
Accountable, trustworthy, and dependable.
Comfortable working as part of a team for the benefit of the entire group
Able to interpret wiring diagrams and electrical schematics
Experience in Installations & Troubleshooting and have a good understanding of Avionics & Electrical Systems, Operations, and Interfacing
Basic experience, knowledge, and understanding of hand tooling, wire strippers and crimpers
Must possess own tooling.
Military Avionics schooling & experience will be considered.
